DMG Advice Albury have been operating since 2015 (originally under the name MLC Advice Albury), helping local individuals, families and businesses with their financial planning needs.

Our Team

Dean Greacen – Principal & Senior Adviser

Dean has been a financial planner since January 2010 and has over 20 years’ experience in the accounting, tax & financial services industry. His work experience is varied and includes a number of different professional roles working for some of Australia’s largest public & private sector organisations.

Dean has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Diploma of Securities & Derivatives. Dean is also a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and the Boutique Financial Planning Principals Association Inc (BFP).

Dean is passionate about helping his clients plan for their financial security and independence. His expert advice is always built around what’s important to his clients, what they want and not a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Melissa Bird – Adviser Associate

Mel has over 20 years’ experience spanning the accounting, tax and financial services industry, including senior technical and law design roles in the Public Sector.

Mel has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Business Law) degree at the University of Melbourne, a Master of Taxation (UNSW) and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Melissa is also a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and has also recently completed the FASEA education requirements.

Mel currently occupies a support role and is committed to ensuring that our clients are provided with the best quality service.
